FEES
All Members of ACACAP are subject to preferential fees with our Partners. This encompasses litigation, investigation and enforcement programs.
SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT
ACACAP acts as a hub for anti-counterfeiting and intelligence sharing amongst members based in, or focused on Asia. Our office in Singapore communicates our strategic goals with our partners and ensures that we have an around the clock global presence.
Brand members can communicate directly with partners or through the Coalition. We provide a single billing point and act as a focal point for dispute resolution.
